Your Career Profile is TrailScout's working memory of your career. It pulls together evidence from your uploaded resumes, career notes, Trailhead credentials, and other sources into a structured format.

Evidence in your Career Profile includes things like job titles, employers, bullet-point accomplishments, certifications, superbadges, skills, and metrics.

Nothing from your Career Profile is used in a resume or a coaching session without going through the review process. You control what gets approved.

Your Career Profile grows over time. As you add new sources, earn new certifications, or log new wins, the profile becomes a richer foundation for every career tool in TrailScout.
