Career Profile

What counts as career evidence in TrailScout?

Evidence is anything that demonstrates what you have done, built, learned, or achieved in your career.

Career evidence includes: job titles and employers, accomplishment bullets with context or metrics, Salesforce certifications and superbadges, skills and tools, education and training, projects you shipped or contributed to, and notable wins.

Evidence does not need to be from a formal job. Volunteer Salesforce work, internal projects, self-directed learning, and community contributions all count.

TrailScout should not invent evidence. If something appears in your Career Profile that you did not do, edit or remove it. The strength of your resume depends on evidence that is accurate and yours.

Metrics matter more than you might think. If you remember a number, a timeframe, a count, or a percentage related to your work, add it. Specific evidence is stronger than general descriptions.
