Master Resume
Should I send my master resume to employers?
Usually no. The master resume is your working source of truth, not the version most employers should receive.
Most employers should receive a tailored resume or a general handout resume, not the full master resume.
The master resume is intentionally comprehensive. It helps TrailScout keep your evidence organized so future versions can be built quickly.
Use a tailored resume when you have a job posting. Use a general handout resume when you need something polished for networking or referrals.
